The Supervisory Board has appointed today Business Graduate Klaus Kiener as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of MOBOTIX AG for additional three years until March 31, 2021.
He continues to be responsible for Finance, Controlling, Organization, IT Services, Purchasing, Logistics and Production.
Klaus Kiener has significantly developed and implemented the "Fit for the Future" restructuring program with the newly appointed CEO Thomas Lausten (appointed in June 2017). In particular, the program includes investments to strengthen the IT infrastructure (implementation of an ERP/CRM system), product development and marketing activities, a more intensive focus of the sales structure on growth markets, and a streamlining and more efficient organization of work processes as well as the overall operating organization. This is in the implementation phase and turnaround is already planned for the current financial year.
