Channel Manager APAC (m/f/d)

with immediate effect based in Australia




Your Job

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue through existing channel partners
  • Conduct QBR with your Channel Partners and build effective business plans to attain aggressive growth and revenue targets
  • Educate and help coordinate training for partner executives, and sales teams on products, programs, promotions, pricing, and sales campaigns
  • Build long lasting relationships with key stakeholders across Product, Sales, Creative Services and Research and Insights
  • Work collaboratively with sales teams to identify key opportunities, develop sales forecasts, and remove potential obstacles
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and threats
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts on channel sales performance
  • Drive engagement with channel partners to ensure they are maximizing their performance-based incentives and rebates
  • Proactively support our distributors at “distributor led accounts” to develop the territory
  • Ability to travel periodically to visit partners and attend partner events

Your Profile

  • Proven experience developing and implementing partner programs within a global organization 
  • Ability to manage through influence and team building 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Sales role, particularly managing partner accounts. Experience in video surveillance and a two-tier partner model would be an advantage 
  • Self-starter who can remain motivated working in a remote environment 
  • Passion, dedication and commitment to marketing and communications with a great attitude that embraces a positive work culture and a healthy work ethic 
  • Ability to problem solve that contributes to productive and creative outcomes 
  • Fluency using CRM tools, Excel, and other business software. With focus on maintaining good CRM and Pipeline hygiene 
  • Regularly report on partner achievements and assigned metrics 
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, balance multiple priorities, achieve deadlines 
  • Engaging personality, polished verbal and written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
