Your Job

  • Focus on growing and developing MOBOTIX channel partners, proactively calling and engaging partners to grow sales and identify new opportunities and increase pipeline
  • Work collaboratively with the Field Sales team to identify key opportunities, develop sales forecasts, and remove potential obstacle
  • Educate partner channel on new solutions , products Initiatives and events
  • Develop and execute customer-facing and internal partner marketing activities aligned with the marketing strategy
  • Leverage MOBOTIX and vendor programs and promotions to progress a transaction through the sales cycle
  • Identify new potential actions to continuously evolve the channel sales organization

Your Profile

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or related field preferred
  • 1 - 2+ years of inside/outside and/or field sales experience preferred
  • Sales/Sales Management/Inside Sales or Support experience is a plus
  • Disciplined to follow defined processes, yet creative to recommend/build new, scalable approaches
  • Ability to develop relationships and engage at all levels within partners (Sales to C-suite)
  • Fluency in CRM/ERP tools, Excel, and other business software
  • Engaging personality, polished verbal and written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
