Known Limitations
Shrinking MxFFS archives
When shrinking existing MxFFS archives, you can shrink in 2 GB steps. On rare occasions, the camera can delete one file to many and thus delete 2 GB too much.
MxAnalytics results after camera restart
If a camera restart occurs within the first half hour after a previous camera restart, the MxAnalytics result data generated within that time may be lost. This problem can be prevented by pressing the Force New Record button in the Setup Menu > MxAnalytics Control > MxAnalytics Overview dialog before executing the second restart.
Auto configuration of the door station
When running the auto configuration on systems with more than one door station, the auto configuration will only configure the door station from which the auto configuration had been started. Note that it is necessary to run the auto configuration on every additional door station you want to configure. When using MxDisplay, you need to add the configured door stations manually into the camera list of the device.
Dual cameras and 5MP image sensors
When using Dual cameras with 5MP image sensors that are typically showing only one image (such as Day/Night models), the camera can reboot on rare occasions when switching between image sensors.
Red camera LED
On i26B, p26B, and S26B camera models, the red LED currently does not signal anything.
