Change in the Supervisory Board of MOBOTIX AG

The Local Court of Kaiserslautern granted the application of the Supervisory Board members Mr. Toshiya Eguchi and Mr. Tsuyoshi Yamazato, which was submitted on June 2, 2020. As of July 1, 2020, the Supervisory Board will thus be composed of Toshiya Eguchi (Chairman of the Supervisory Board), Tsuyoshi Yamazato and Olaf Jonas. The Management Board is looking forward to working with Toshiya Eguchi and Tsuyoshi Yamazato and would like to thank Yuji Ichimura and Keiji Okamoto for their constructive and trusting cooperation.
