The application at a glance (example: hotel): 

The hotel booking system data is synchronized with MOBOTIX SYNC and processed for the MOBOTIX cameras. This way, the hotel guests' vehicles are reliably detected during their stay, and access is automatically controlled.

•    Additional statistics (capacity, length of stay, first/repeat guest, etc.).

The Solution Step by Step:

1.

The guest enters the license plate number and, if applicable, other vehicle data (e.g., model, color) as part of the online booking of the stay or provides the data to the staff when booking by telephone.

2.

The booking system is synchronized with MOBOTIX SYNC via API. Thus, permission lists are created daily based on the vehicle data and pushed to the hotel cameras.

3.

Using the Vaxtor Make Model Color Recognition App or the MOBOTIX MOVE ALPR camera, the MOBOTIX cameras recognize the vehicle and license plate and initiate the automatic opening of the barrier without a coin, token, or voucher.

4.

The automatic access to the parking lot for hotel guests is valid for the arrival and is automatically limited to the stay. After that, the data will be deleted again.

5.

Moreover, SYNC provides valuable statistics such as capacity, length of stay, returning visitors, etc., that can create added value in marketing.
