Change in the Management Board of MOBOTIX AG

At today’s meeting, the Supervisory Board of MOBOTIX AG appointed Mr. Hartmut Sprave as a member of the Management Board (CTO) for a period of two years. The expected beginning of service of Mr. Sprave is no later than 1 September 2018.

The physics graduate was most recently Vice President Software at Loewe Technologies GmbH. He was responsible for the software development of several national and international sites.

With Mr. Sprave, the Management Board of MOBOTIX AG, together with Thomas Lausten and Klaus Kiener, consists of three members.
