This hotfix is only relevant for the MOBOTIX HUB version 2024 R2 in connection with the Alarm Manager. Hotfixes contain important adjustments/improvements that were only recognised and implemented after the time of publication of the current MOBOTIX HUB software release. Hotfixes are available as required after an official release. Before updating, you should discuss with your MOBOTIX HUB partner whether an update is required for the existing installation.

Installation instructions for the cumulative patch or Hotfix files

Single steps:

• Only choose the Patch Files which fits to your MOBOTIX HUB Version!

• Run the patch installer executables on the server(s) to be updated and follow the installation steps on the screen.

Note: Make sure the file is not blocked by Windows before running it: Right-click on the *.exe file → Properties → Unblock → Apply/OK.

Note: For version 2022 R3, you must install all currently available patch components (Recording Server, Management Server and Management Client) - as soon as they are available, as the newly patched components are not compatible with their earlier versions.

(*) Important for the Cumulative MIP SDK Patch or MIP SDK Hotfixes

Only install the MIP SDK component patch if you are a developer who develops and tests MIP SDK applications/plugins!
The MIP SDK Patch component should be installed on the machine where the MIP SDK documentation and examples are located and where the SDK plugins are developed.
