These Release Notes contain a technical description of the most important changes in the software for the MOBOTIX MOVE network cameras.

Notes:

• Cameras do support fixed IP setting and automized DHCP IP configuration. If there is no DHCP Server available in Network environment, the camera automatically sets a unique IP Address according to individual MAC Address rules without additional configuration. This IP range is defined in 10.xxx.xxx.xxx Network range as is printed on each individual Camera Product label
• Please download the stable customer releases of the software from www.mobotix.com in the Support > Download Center > Software Downloads section.

Important:

• When upgrading camera FW from Release Version mb20230105UX_8G, it is mandatory to update camera with Relay-Firmware first that is included in FW-Update Zip file. The Relay FW allows to load larger Firmware file-size that is the case with any FW updates from mb29230105UX_8G. In this case, the Firmware upgrade process has to be done in two steps:

 

1- First load the “Relay” Firmware to the Camera

2- Then update Firmware / load latest UX_8G FW to the Camera

 

• For 1^st time support of Mx Direct to Cloud functionality, camera requires reset to “Factory default” after updating with camera firmware.

·        Added cell motion coordinate information to the Motion Detection metadata new format

·        Added enhanced mode to VBR

·        Added support for ‘!’ in password setting for MOVE login credentials

·        Implemented Illumination to solve frozen issue

·        Upgraded Vaxtor App to version 1.1.21

·        Fixed additional users cannot be given any rights.

·         Fixed Special Character in Initial Password Change Page different to Password Pop-Up Windows.

Enhancements and Improvements

·        Added brand parameter for 2MP Vaxtor ALPR models.

• SYSLOG needs to be deleted after Full Factory Default.
• No password reset after Partial Factory Default.
• FTP password limitation extended to 64 characters.
• 1/43040s shutter speed under IMX462 manual exposure mode.

·        Added NTSC: 1/1000, 1/2000, PAL: 1/1000, 1/1750, 1/2500.

·        Vaxtor default settings

 

Bugfixes

·        Fixed snapshot issue on Firefox.

·        Day/Night Mode Re-Focus Issue fixed.
