Important Information

• The update is available to all MOBOTIX NAS customers.
• There is no downgrade option after the upgrade! The necessity and implementation of the upgrade should be done together with a MOBOTIX partner!
  Future software updates of the QTS software, QVR Pro Recorder software and other software components must be obtained directly from QNAP. The NAS can also perform the updates from QNAP automatically if desired.
• In combination with MOBOTIX IOT cameras and the MxMC for file server recording via SMB, no QNAP licences are required.
• To play back recordings from MOVE or ONVIF cameras with the MOBOTIX MxMC, a QNAP licence for activating MxMC playback support per NAS is required after the upgrade. This QNAP licence can be obtained from MOBOTIX sales@mobotix.com. For MOBOTIX NAS owners, this licence is free of charge. The following information is required:

• Attention: The MOBOTIX NAS has been discontinued since 2022 (End of Live) and there will be no further development of the software. MOBOTIX NAS 2 and 4 Bay can still be purchased from MOBOTIX (stock sale). With the QNAP upgrade, the MOBOTIX NAS can be upgraded free of charge.
