As an extension of its product range, MOBOTIX offers three high-quality
NAS devices with different capacities (8/16/32 channels) for integration
into MxManagementCenter 2.0 and higher. The MOBOTIX NAS serves as a
network recorder for MOBOTIX MOVE cameras, ONVIF cameras and MOBOTIX IoT
cameras with classical decentralized storage.
This document contains information about the 2-Bay/4-Bay Operating
System software that is running on the MOBOTRIX NAS systems.
Important Information
- MOBOTIX NAS systems are always delivered without
hard disks. Please make sure that the hard disks have been

Improvements
- New Samba version for improved storage of MOBOTIX IoT cameras
The use of the NAS device by MOBOTIX IoT
cameras as a Storage Target (primary
or MxFFS archive) of the type SMB/CIFS
file server requires the use of a samba version 4.10 or
higher on the NAS device, as older samba versions may cause recording
errors. In this firmware, samba has been updated to version 4.10.18.
