These Release Notes contain a technical description of the most important changes in the software for the MOBOTIX MOVE NVR devices.

Notes:

• Please download the stable customer releases of the software from www.mobotix.com in the Support > Download Center > Software Downloads section.
• After downloading the software, please extract both files to the same folder. The device needs both files at the same location in order to verify the software before starting the installation.

Enhancements and Improvements

• Added support for MOBOTIX MX-232-IO-Box (users could not control camera signal output via the NVR).
• Added support for MOBOTIX MOVE SpeedDome auto tracking feature.
• Added selection of preferred language when booting for the first time.
• Added support for German keyboard layout.

  Note
  All characters on German keyboards are supported except for umlauts (äöüß) in these cases:

  • When entering username/password characters.
  • When entering text for text overlay.
• Added support for new firmware for MOBOTIX M16 (downward-compatible).
• Added support for MOBOTIX MOVE NVR I/O board.
• Added time sync support where remote time format will adjust to local time format (as set in Setup > System > Date/Time).
  

  Notes

  • The date/time format will not change in the Setup > System > Date/Time dialog.
  • The day of the week will not change according to the selected language in the Setup > System > Date/Time dialog.
